YOU ARE CURRENTLY ON ROLL AT BASSALEG SCHOOL, CERTIFICATES WILL BE GIVEN
TO YOU IN
SCHOOL, THROUGHOUT APPROPRIATE TIMES OF THE YEAR.

Bassaleg
School keep pupil certificates for a duration of 2 years. After this
time, certificates are sent back to
the Exam Boards.
Certificates issued within the last 2 years can be collected from Forge
Reception. The appropriate Exam Boards
will need to be contacted if your certificates were issued over 2 years
ago. Exam Boards charge for
replacement certificates.

If you were
in Year 13 in the academic year 2010-11, you will be able to collect
your certificates from Forge
Library on Tuesday 13th December 2011, between 12:30 and 1:30pm. They
will then be available for
collection from Forge Reception after these times.
All other pupils who left Bassaleg School after the academic year 2010-11
can collect their certificates from
Forge Reception from Monday 12th December 2011 onwards.

You can collect
them yourself or you can
get somebody to collect them on your behalf.

What you need to bring with you: *Photographic ID
2. Somebody collecting on your behalf...
The following points must be met:
* Nominated person must have a signed letter of authorisation from you.
* Nominated person must be over 18 years of age.
* Nominated person must bring photographic ID with them.
We are not authorised to issue certificates if the above requirements
are not met
