Absence Procedure

You or your Parent/Guardian must ring the School on your first day of absence. Upon your return to school you must bring a letter explaining your absence, signed by a parent or guardian to give to your Form Tutor

Appointment Procedure

If you need to leave school early due to an appointment. You must come to the School Office (in either the Forge Building or Griffin Building) to complete the Signing Out Book. You will only be allowed to leave if you have a note signed by your Form Tutor and Head of Year. You must then sign back in on your return. If you do not have a note then you must go to your Head of Year for Permission.

Lateness Procedure

If you come to school late, you must go to the School Office (in either the Forge Building or Griffin Building) to complete the Late Book, explaining your lateness.
