Welcome
to
the Bassaleg School website. We want this site to be a useful source
of information for our students and parents. There
are study support materials available in each of the departmental areas
as well as information about the courses and the teachers who
deliver them. For
parents there is a weekly news bulletin which is intended to keep you
up to date with current news and upcoming
events. We have also made available key documents such as our prospectuses,
handbooks and policies. We try to include plenty
of up-to-date pictures which are intended to give a flavour of what
life at Bassaleg is like.
Message from the local Police
to parents: Please
do not park in the
bus stop opposite Bassaleg School front entrance, as the buses need to
use this area to collect passengers in the local community. The police
will be patrolling the area. This is an important safety consideration
for our students as well as residents in the Bassaleg area.
