This web site has been designed and constructed with the intention of helping teachers in the effective use of interactive whiteboards in the classroom. It is aimed primarily at the teachers working within Newport LEA, as much of the guidance is looking at the whiteboard equipment that went into every school in the area. Therefore we look at the setting up and use of SMARTboards and Promethean interactive whiteboards.
However, I'm sure that if you are visiting this site from outside Newport LEA, and are interested in the setting up and use of interactive whiteboards in the classroom, then you will find something of interest here.
