What is an interactive whiteboard ?
A touch sensitive projection screen that allows you to control a computer by touching the board. In order to do this you will need a computer, a projector and an interactive whiteboard. The projector and the whiteboard are connected to the computer and the projector displays the screens image onto the whiteboard. You are able to point at active elements on the board, using your finger (SMARTboard) or an appropriate pen (Promethean) as the mouse. This action is then transmitted to the computer.
